  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): This study aims to determine the relationship of organizational culture with counterproductive behavior of the employees of the National Land Agency Level II Samarinda. This study consisted of two variables, the dependent variable and independent variables counterproductive behavior of the culture of the organization.
    The data collection is done by using counterproductive behavior scale and the scale of the organization’s culture. The sample in this study is the Employee Variable and Civil Servants in the National Land Agency Level II Samarinda using total sampling methods that amounted to 80 employee data analysis technique used is the analysis of product moment. These results indicate there is a relationship between organizational culture with counterproductive behavior with counterproductive behavior with a correlation value = 0.679 and p = 0.000
