  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): This study aims to determine the relationship between promotion and loyalty at PT. UNIHEALTH Samarinda branch. The technique of determining the sample in this study uses the purposive sampling technique, which is the determination of samples based on certain criteria or characteristics. The number of samples in the study were 80 MLM members, the data collection method used is the scale of promotion and the scale of loyalty. The data analysis techniques is using the Pearson R correlation test. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive relationship between promotion and loyalty, with a correlation value of 0.415 and a Sig value of 0.000 (P <0.05), it means that, the higher the promotion of an MLM member, the higher the level of loyalty.
