  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): This study aimed to understand the effect of transactional leaderhip style and loyalty on employee performance at Islamic Boarding School of Nabil Husein Foundation. This study used quantitative approach 65 employees selected by simple random sampling technique as the subject in this study. The method used to collect the data is employee performance scale, transactional leadership style, and loyalty. Regression analysis test as a technique used to analize the data in this study. The results of this study showed that: (1) there is a positive and siginificant effect of transactional leadership style on employee performance with a beta coefficient (β) = 0.180, and the value of t count > t table (2.444 > 1.997), and the value of p = 0.044 (p < 0.05); (2) there is a positive and significant effect of loyalty on employee performance with a beta coefficient (β) = 0.274, and the value t count > t table (2.201 > 1.997) and the value of p = 0.031 (p < 0.05); (3) there is an influence of transactional leaderhip style and loyalty on employees performance with F count > F table (5.021 > 3.14), and p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). The variable contribution (R2) quality is 13,9%.
