    organization or company is affected by several factors, including leadership.
    Leadership style that is still used in accordance with the current situasion is a
    transformation leadership style. this study aimed to determine the effect of
    transformational leadership style on employee engagement of employees of
    PT.PLN Samarinda Region.
    This study consisted of two variable, dependent variable namely
    Employee Engagement and independent variable namely Transformasional
    leadership style. Data was collected by using scale. Subjects in this study were
    employees of PT.PLN as many 63 people. The data analysis technique used is
    the product moment correlation analysis.Indicate that there is a significant
    correlation between Employee Engagement an Transformasional leadership
    style whit r = 0.653 and p = 0.000.
